“As an intergenerational and specific trauma survivor, I truly value the work and process of healing and growth. I would never suggest that someone cannot guide a person where he or she has not been, but it definitely helps to know the terrain. The combination of my own personal journey, working in the mental health field for over a decade, and specialized training and certifications have equipped me with valuable tools and insights that I am eager to share with others. I truly believe I have been purposed to walk alongside others in their personal and professional journeys to healing and fulfillment.”
